3 Month Beginners Workout Plan
This is a beginner's program specifically for those of you that are new to the gym. This is a 12-week program with spaces for you to log how much weight you are lifting. It also features linked videos to guide you on how to perform the exercises.
As you start to progress on your fitness journey you may want to progress to different splits. This will give you the best possible start to your journey. This program is split into three blocks: the first block is three full body workouts, the second is upper-lower-full body split and the third is push-pull-legs split. With an area to track your progress.
However, this is a generic program and does not take into account your specific needs or injuries. Please go at your own pace, if something doesn't feel right don't be afraid to ask people at the gym how to make adjustments or to leave an exercise out completely if you need to. People taking part in this workout plan do so at their own risk.
